How does curbside pick-up work?
We are offering no contact curbside pick-up at our Express Drive showroom for any in-stock items that are purchased through our web store. You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and is available for pick-up, which can take up to 7 business days for in-stock items. When you arrive at the showroom you can park in the back of the wharehouse and call 731.300.4003 to have your order brought to your car.
Do you design for clients out of state?
We do! We have had the privledge of working with Design & In-Home clients around the world. Tell us more about your project and we will partner you with a designer or stylist that is the best fit for you.
Where does the name “Alexandra Lauren” come from?
Owners Jennifer and Lexi are a mother daughter duo. Jennifer named Lexi, Alexandra Lauren but always called her Lexi. The decided to finally put the name to use as their design business when they launced Alexandra lauren interiors in 2008. When Lexi opened a physical locatin in 2020 in Jackson Tennessee they chose the name Alexandra Lauren Home Collection.
I already have an architect and/or builder. Do I still need an interior designer?
If you are asking us, yes. We partner with builders & architects to personalize your home and give the final touches that make your space perfectly personalized from paint selection to furniture space planning, ordering and installation.
What is the difference between Design Services and your Complimentary Home Styling?
The biggest differentiator between full Interior Design services and an In-Home stylist is the level of involvement your project needs from our team. The Interior Design team takes on projects ranging from new build to full remodel, custom cabinetry & millwork design to finish & furniture selection in both residential and commercial spaces. This team is not only focused on the design aesthetic but can be heavily involved in the technical and construction details. The In-Home Stylists are primarily focused on the sourcing of pieces and layout planning of your space. If your house is finished or needs a re-fresh and you need help choosing the pieces that will make it feel like you, this team is perfect for you. Still not sure?

What do I do if my item is damaged or defective?
For damaged items, let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing studio@alexandralauren.com.
Manufacturer defects must be reported within 14 days from delivery by emailing studio@alexandralauren.com.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we can only ship select items to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US Territories. If there is something you love and must have, please contact us at studio@alexandralauren.com or 1.731.300.4003 and one of our associates can get you a custom quote for the items you are interested in.
